Part-Time Content Marketing & Social Media Manager
The Field Trip Department is a fractional CMO, marketing department and creative services team all-in-one dedicated to growing companies.
We are looking for a versatile, remote, part-time Content Marketing & Social Media Manager with experience in finance, B2B, and/or B2B tech that can join our hybrid team, potentially across multiple brand-side partners.
The Content Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing content marketing programs, from conceptualization through to producing and publishing newsletters, articles, videos, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with our marketing strategy, messaging, brand voice and business objectives.
- Write and edit monthly thought leadership articles, delving into industry trends and insights.
- Design and publish a monthly newsletter, curating content that resonates with our subscribers.
- Manage our LinkedIn profile, posting regularly, monitoring engagement, and nurturing a professional community.
- Supporting sales enablement with collateral development in both written and video form.
- Design engaging visuals and assets to accompany digital content.
- Measure and report on content and campaign performance, using analytics to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content marketing and social media management, specifically within the finance or B2B sector.
- Strong understanding and interest in the finance, tech, and B2B space, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and HubSpot.
- Experience with design principles and the ability to create compelling visual content consistently on-brand.
- Experience creating, editing, and producing professional B2B video content and collateral
- Analytical prowess to track performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Prefer US-based
Expectations:
· The role will be project based and ongoing with an expectation of 8-15 hours/week.
