We assist 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA Sellers - increasing their profits and revenues with our proven system. Our System involves analyzing our clients' businesses to identify the highest leveraged actions for their specific brand and then working with them one-on-one to execute the strategy we develop.
We are a fully remote Amazon brand consulting agency. Our service delivery model is that of a consultant (Done With You), not a service provider (Done For You). We value hard work, speed, over-delivery, trust, and honesty.
We are growing, currently with a team of nine people. So far, In the last 16 months, we have worked with over 70 brands and are currently working with more than 35 (all 7- and 8-figure businesses)
We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives, focusing on B2B lead generation strategies to fuel our continued growth. This role will involve crafting and refining our current marketing strategy, developing new marketing initiatives, and scaling and optimizing existing ones.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Crucial: Proven track record of successful marketing strategy and execution in a B2B service-providing company, specifically for e-commerce or Amazon FBA businesses.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including paid social media management and cold outreach campaigns.
- Experience in forming and maintaining strategic partnerships and collaborations within the industry.
- Proficient in creating and managing content across social media platforms, enhancing engagement.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a strong analytical approach to marketing performance metrics.
- Innovative thinker with a strong interest in continuously learning and applying new marketing methods.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create a 360 marketing strategy to generate leads for our company, oversee the implementation and optimize tactics based on performance data.
- Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Come up with a paid media ads strategy, ensuring campaigns are effective, within budget, and aligned with our business goals.
- Scale & Optimize Cold Outreach Efforts: Optimize and expand our cold outreach programs, including email and social media, to significantly increase lead generation.
- Content Creation and Management: enhance content strategy for social media platforms and for our email newsletter to nurture leads effectively.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with other service providers to enhance our marketing reach and capabilities.
- Referral Program Development: Design and implement a more sophisticated client referral programs, including testing and refining these initiatives to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and to refine lead qualification processes.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles with a focus on lead generation.
- Experience in Service providing companies for e-commerce or Amazon FBA businesses.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Proven expertise in strategizing both paid advertising campaigns and effective cold outreach campaigns for lead generation.
- Demonstrated success in forming and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Experienced in developing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms.
