QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have previous work experience leading company marketing efforts, including traditional and digital marketing channels. A degree in related fields such as art history, business, or marketing would be a plus. Previous experience working in an auction house, galleries, or related fields would be beneficial.
THE ROLE:
The Marketing Manager role at TFG provides an exciting opportunity for the candidate to be immersed in a global art business, supporting team members in London, New York and Brussels and across all business channels, and encompasses various responsibilities, from newsletter management, website administration, social media management, to working with our art advisors on sales proposals. The ideal candidate will excel in these areas and demonstrate a genuine interest in the art market and industry. They should have experience managing digital marketing channels and utilizing various marketing tools and technologies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. They should also be comfortable creating marketing materials for use as print or online platforms. Familiarity with digital analytics would be ideal for optimizing marketing strategies and driving results. This position requires strong collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with team members across departments, global locations, and with external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INCLUSIVE OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Produce marketing materials (presentations, proposals, newsletters, and more)
- Copy editing and proof-reading all marketing materials
- Creating and scheduling social media posts. Work with colleagues to grow digital media presence and enhance brand identity
- Maintaining accuracy and organization of the mailing technologies and associated CRM, with an eye to evolving and expanding email marketing
- Analyze and report marketing data from sources like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Webinars
- Providing support for company events and conferences
- Admin support such as mailing materials, researching competitive services, uploading, and exporting data
- Ongoing website updates and maintenance
- Minor video editing
- Project management, including related intern pool management
- May include some appraisal and advisory support responsibilities such as photo editing, cataloging, and data entry
