Responsibilities:
- Strong technical understanding on how to design mass emails to increase in boxing
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Design and manage all aspects of email campaigns, from creative design and copywriting to segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Implement and optimize cold email campaigns to effectively target and engage new leads.
- Collect news and updates from internal stakeholders to create a monthly customer newsletter.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing channels to ensure a cohesive and effective strategy that aligns with broader company goals.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations
- Develop and execute aligned SMS strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email/sms marketing with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive communication strategy across all channels.
- Manage and optimize CRM processes to improve customer data analysis and segmentation, facilitating targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of email content, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing to ensure high open and click-through rates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives, using analytics to drive improvements and innovation in our approach.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing and CRM technologies, applying best practices to continuously enhance our strategies and systems.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience executing emails with Salesforce/Exact Target or similar ESPs (Email Service Providers)
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with great attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or a related field of study
- Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics
- Working knowledge and understanding of HTML
