Our client, a nonprofit organization is seeking a Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About the job:
- Support day-to-day communications, stakeholder engagement, and marketing initiatives
- Proofread and edit emails, announcements, and stakeholder-facing communications
- Create and distribute email communications using Salsa CRM and assist with communications projects
- Maintain website content and updates through Drupal, including reporting and analytics
- Manage CRM reporting, registration tracking, and stakeholder data support
- Coordinate webinar logistics, event registration, materials, and administrative support
- Support communications metrics, audience engagement reporting, and project tracking through ClickUp
About you:
- Experience supporting communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or related functions
- Strong proofreading, editing, and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms; Salsa preferred
- Experience with website content management systems; Drupal preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Zoom webinars
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with ClickUp, nonprofit organizations, events, or stakeholder engagement preferred
About the position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $30-$33/hr
- Temporary through November 2026
- Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days onsite
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
