Client Marketing Specialist at BairesDev
We are looking for a Client Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing programs aimed at engaging, retaining, and growing our existing client base. You will work closely with marketing and customer success teams to deliver relevant, timely communications that strengthen client relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Support the planning and execution of client marketing campaigns, including email programs, webinars, and targeted content.
- Assist in developing client-facing materials such as newsletters, onboarding guides, and product update communications.
- Coordinate with customer success and account management teams to align marketing activities with client needs.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, engagement, and retention indicators.
- Maintain client segmentation lists and ensure CRM data accuracy for targeted communications.
- Contribute to the development of case studies and client success stories in collaboration with content teams.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in client marketing, customer marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle stages and how marketing supports retention and growth.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different client segments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
