What You'll Do
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Exchange Online environments, ensuring reliable mail flow and high service availability.
- Administer and enhance email security tools, focusing on spam/phishing protection, threat remediation, and secure messaging.
- Implement and maintain policies for data loss prevention, retention, encryption, and mailbox governance across the organization.
- Troubleshoot complex email delivery issues, perform root-cause analysis, and lead efforts to improve system resilience and user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and enforce best-practice configuration, respond to emerging threats, and support ongoing operational improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 60 credit hours toward a related Bachelor's Degree, OR
- Associate’s Degree: Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, OR
- High School Diploma or GED/HiSET, and two years of experience in computer systems, repairs, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Exchange Online and Proofpoint Email Security Services with the opportunity to learn/support other M365 platforms
- Team player, good work ethic, and eagerness to improve skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with varying levels of professional staff, consultants, and partners
