Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join a growing dental practice serving a broad patient population in Elizabeth City and Coinjock, NC. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive general dentistry services while building long-term relationships with patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. New graduates are welcome, and there is potential for
practice partnership for the right long-term candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and educate patients regarding oral health
- Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
- Perform general dentistry procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and restorative procedures
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members
- Follow applicable health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Stay current with dental technology and treatment techniques
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active North Carolina Dental License required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $176,000-$300,000 annually
- Typical daily minimum of $800-$850 + production-based percentage
- Full-Time preferred; Part-Time considered
