We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for home care services in the Four Oak areas.
Key responsibilities include: providing personal hygiene care, assisting with transfers and ambulation, delivering basic nursing care, preparing meals, offering companionship, and performing light housekeeping.
Qualifications and skills: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current TB skin test, background and drug screenings, North Carolina CNA registry clearance, and effective communication skills.
Role requirements: dependability, ability to lift approximately 50 lbs, and adaptability to diverse client needs and environments.
Additional details: electronic charting, PPE provided, weekly pay, immediate hiring, and referral bonuses. CNAs must follow the care plan, maintain patient confidentiality, and accurately report changes. Travel within the service area is required.
Ideal candidates: possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate a compassionate attitude toward patient care.
