Overview
Sugarloaf is looking for a year-round Marketing Coordinator to be the connective tissue between our CRM Manager and our Creative Content Manager, keeping the resort's website, campaigns, and creative pipeline moving day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling priorities without losing track of details.

A flexible schedule is required, and prior experience with websites, email marketing, or graphic design is preferred. This full-time, year-round round is benefit eligible, comes with great job perks, and is expected to start at an hourly rate of $18-21 based on experience.
Responsibilities
Website & CRM Support (primary focus)
- Update and maintain website content through the CMS, keeping pages, offers, and event listings accurate and on schedule.
- Build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in support of product launches and profit-center initiatives.
- Enter and schedule SMS and app notification content as directed.
- Maintain data hygiene and manage incoming CRM/web content requests through Asana.
Design Support
- Provide junior-level graphic design support, including sign edits, ad-hoc asset uploads, and template-based design requests.
- Organize and archive the media asset library.
- Handle basic production tasks so the Creative Content Manager can stay focused on creative direction and strategy.
Workflow & Prioritization
- Triage incoming requests, prioritizing the CRM Manager's needs first and coordinating design requests as capacity allows.
- Route and track profit-center content requests through Asana.
General Support
- Step in on snow reporting duties during callouts or coverage.
- Provide additional support to marketing and resort teams as needed.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Two or more years of marketing, sales, or event experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of online and social channels.
- Experience managing content in a CMS; Salesforce or similar CRM/email marketing platform experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe, InDesign, or comparable creative software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to complete projects on schedule.
- Intermediate ability to ski or snowboard is required for this position.
- Resort experience and events experience are a plus but not required.
