We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, helping others, and making sure the day-to-day office runs smoothly.
The right person does not need to know everything on day one. We value someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can be counted on to follow through.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help with everyday office tasks, including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and help keep the office organized.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents as needed.
- Assist team members with administrative tasks and provide support wherever it is needed.
- Keep office supplies organized and let the appropriate person know when supplies need to be ordered.
- Maintain accurate records and handle information with care and confidentiality.
- Help make sure the office is welcoming, organized, and running efficiently.
- Take on other reasonable administrative duties as they come up.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and responsible.
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with people.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using a computer, email, Microsoft Office, and basic office equipment.
- A good communicator who is comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things correctly.
- Able to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
- Professional and respectful when dealing with coworkers, clients, and visitors.
Previous office or administrative experience is helpful, but it is not always required. We are more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
What We Offer
We believe people do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and appreciated. We strive to provide a positive work environment where you can learn, contribute, and grow.
If you are someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being an important part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
