Entry Level Communication Associate
Waukesha, WI | Full-time | On-site | $48,000-$56,000
Start your communications career with work people can actually see.
We are hiring an Entry Level Communication Associate to support live campaigns, event communications and customer-facing projects from our Waukesha location. You will help prepare messages, materials and schedules before each campaign, work alongside the team during delivery and organize the feedback that shapes what happens next.
This opportunity suits someone who communicates naturally, notices the details and wants practical experience rather than a role spent observing from the sidelines. A communications degree can be useful, but we are equally interested in transferable experience from customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteering, student organizations or community events.
Where you will make an impact
- Help create presentations, event information, customer messages, invitations and follow-up communications.
- Keep campaign calendars, contact lists, approval notes and communication trackers accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and event partners so everyone has the correct information on time.
- Support event setup, guest communication and on-site brand representation when required.
- Collect customer feedback and participation data, then summarize useful themes for the wider team.
- Review materials for tone, accuracy and consistency before they are shared.
What you will learn here
You will receive structured guidance across campaign communication, event coordination, brand messaging and CRM administration. Early assignments will be clearly defined; as your confidence develops, you will own smaller communications projects and coordinate them from briefing through follow-up.
A strong starting point
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to ask questions when something is unclear.
- Good organization and the ability to keep several small deadlines moving at once.
- A positive, professional approach when working with customers, colleagues and external partners.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office; Canva, CRM or social media experience is helpful but not essential.
- A genuine willingness to take feedback, improve quickly and contribute to a busy team.
What you can expect
- $48,000-$56,000 annual salary, based on relevant experience.
- Medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and tuition assistance.
- Paid time off and company holidays.
- Hands-on coaching with regular development reviews.
- A practical route toward Communications Coordinator, Campaign Coordinator or Account Support responsibilities.
