About The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated Web Content Associate to join our Digital Content team. In this entry-level role, you'll help create, optimize, and maintain product content across Blick, Utrecht, and marketplace websites, ensuring customers have accurate, engaging, and up-to-date product information.
This position reports to the Web Content Manager and works closely with Merchandising, Copywriting, Imaging, and ecommerce teams to support product launches, content updates, and ongoing site improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in ecommerce, digital content, and online customer experience to build expertise and make a meaningful impact on key business initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Create, update, and maintain product pages within our content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy and consistency across sites.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with established content standards.
- Develop knowledge of assigned product categories and industry terminology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and content initiatives.
- Manage tasks and deadlines through project management tools and established workflows.
- Research product information using internal systems and external resources.
- Identify and help resolve content issues, inconsistencies, and data gaps.
- Contribute to ongoing website enhancements and digital content projects.
- Support efforts to improve the customer shopping experience across digital channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Relevant experience in digital content, ecommerce, merchandising, retail, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable following established processes while adapting to changing business needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience working with a CMS is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Interest in art materials, creative products, or the arts industry is a plus.
Pay Rate
The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
- $18.25 per hour + Incentives
