Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Full-Time, Hybrid)
WDW Financial is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to manage the firm’s digital marketing and client communications. This role will take ownership of our email marketing, digital content, and marketing systems, helping us communicate clearly and consistently with both clients and prospective clients.
This position is a hybrid role. The position requires in-office presence 2-3 times per week in Richardson, Texas, with the remainder of the work completed remotely.
All required hardware and software will be provided.

Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will manage the firm’s digital marketing efforts and email communications. This includes writing and sending client emails, coordinating website updates, organizing campaigns, and maintaining marketing systems inside Salesforce.
You will work directly with advisors and leadership to turn ideas, insights, and client conversations into clear communications that go out to clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
Digital marketing
- Manage the firm’s digital marketing channels
- Coordinate updates to the firm website and landing pages
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Monitor website and campaign performance
Email communications
- Plan and send client emails, newsletters, and announcements
- Build and manage campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Growth Edition
- Maintain and segment email lists
- Track engagement and improve future campaigns
Content development
- Write and edit marketing content and client communications
- Work with advisors to develop educational and thought leadership content
- Help turn internal ideas and discussions into clear written content
- Maintain templates and reusable marketing assets
Marketing systems and data
- Manage marketing campaigns and lists within Salesforce CRM
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to support segmentation and targeting
- Maintain marketing data and basic reporting
- Help ensure campaigns and communications are organized and measurable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of full-time digital marketing experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Experience working with marketing data and segmentation
- Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Experience working in wealth management or financial services is a plus but not required.
