As a Digital Communications Specialist II, you will be responsible for creating and sending SMS and Email communications to Melaleuca’s Customers via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role you will work closely with Brand Marketing and Sales to create and manage high impact communication campaigns.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and Manage SMS content using Salesforce Mobile Studio
- Work with Marketing, Business Development and Sales departments to gather appropriate information for the creation and launch of SMS messages
- Create emails within Salesforce Email Studio
- Launch SMS messages and email promotions from Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform
- Accurately implement translations and localizations for all supported languages

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
- 3+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce communications
- Experience with enterprise level digital communication software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Proven ability to organize multiple disparate tasks for completion on deadline
- Understand and articulate the fundamentals of SMS and email content optimization
- Ability to protect confidential information
- Strong customer communication skills
- Ability to create and alter graphic and or messages within the Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Dreamweaver and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
