About the Role
We’re looking for a hybrid marketer with a designer’s eye to help us present our investment products and services clearly and beautifully. You’ll build client-facing presentations, organize complex financial information so a newcomer can follow it, and run the email and digital campaigns that put that content in front of clients and prospects.
This role fits someone who likes variety. One week you might rebuild a client presentation from the ground up. The next, you’re restructuring a library of educational content or launching an email series. You’ll work under the Marketing Manager but are expected to run projects independently, spot opportunities without being asked, and move efficiently from task to task.
----
What You'll Do
Client Presentations & Visual Storytelling:
- Design and build polished, on-brand presentations for client meetings, events, and internal use
- Turn dense financial concepts into clear, logical visuals and narratives that guide a novice through detailed information
- Create and maintain a template system that makes our decks faster to build and consistent across the firm
Content Organization & Development:
- Structure educational content (articles, guides, presentations, web content) so it flows from foundational to advanced
- Write clear, engaging copy for blogs, client communications, and marketing materials in a consistent brand voice
- Identify gaps and opportunities in our content and propose ideas to fill them
Brand Stewardship:
- Serve as the day-to-day resource for brand standards, keeping visual identity and tone consistent across all deliverables
- Improve existing templates and collateral for digital campaigns and in-person events
Email & Campaign Execution:
- Build, segment, test, and deploy email campaigns from start to finish
- Track engagement, analyze results, and recommend refinements
Visual Design:
- Produce graphics, social assets, and other visual content for digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns and events
Review & Compliance Support:
- Act as first-pass reviewer for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency before materials go to compliance
- Work with the Marketing Manager and compliance team to keep reviews on schedule and flag potential issues early

Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of marketing, design, or communications experience; financial services or another regulated industry is a plus
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and visual detail
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva; you can build a template system, not just fill one in
- A portfolio or work samples showing client-facing presentations and/or content you’ve organized and designed
- Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent command of grammar
- Experience building and running email campaigns in a platform such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar
- Proven ability to simplify complex information for a non-expert audience
- Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to juggle several projects and meet deadlines
- Self-directed and accountable, able to work with minimal day-to-day supervision and to know when to escalate
- Comfortable collaborating with marketers and sales professionals
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with financial services marketing regulations (e.g., the SEC Marketing Rule)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel)
- Basic video editing or SEO knowledge
