JOB OVERVIEW:

This position plays a pivotal role in driving the execution and performance tracking of multifaceted marketing campaigns and initiatives across various communication channels (email, PPC, collateral, product launches, etc.) to effectively showcase PracticeSuite's brand, products, and services to both existing clients and prospective leads. The primary objective is to foster lead generation, enhance client retention, and elevate brand visibility and perception.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement comprehensive marketing communications plans for designated products or business units. Responsibilities include being able to interpret overall marketing plan for the organization - utilizing outlined KPIs and strategy for the marketing initiatives - supplying digital insight into how you will help reach marketing goals via channel strategy and tactics

• Formulate, execute, and monitor social media strategies and content calendar to engage the target audience effectively.

• Devise optimization strategies to improve search engine result rankings and enhance online visibility. Work directly with Product Marketing Team to unsure overall strategies are being met.

• Manage and update newsletter articles, blogs, email campaigns, and other communications materials, while also ensuring accuracy and consistency through editing and proofreading.

• Implement and track promotional and operational communication campaigns to bolster client retention efforts and drive revenue-generating endeavors.

• Manage HubSpot Marketing CRM lead sources and incoming lead lists resulting from specific marketing efforts (PPC, blogs, downloads, webinars, etc.), be familiar with HS lead scoring, workflows/sequences, building HTML emails, surveys, and lead assignments.

• In HubSpot document marketing metrics and expenses, including monthly email and campaign metrics, new contacts, marketing leads, and closed deal statistics. Additionally, monitor and report on lead follow-up activities and related metrics in real-time to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Actively participate in special projects as assigned and fulfill other duties as needed.

• HubSpot Certification, if not certified the Digital Marketing Specialist has 30 days from hire date to complete certification.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns that yield tangible results in support of revenue targets, with a focus on B2B operations.

• Demonstrate proficiency in campaign management strategies, along with a thorough grasp of demand generation tools, tactics, and processes.

• Exhibit expertise in digital marketing tools such as SEO, retargeting, Google Analytics, and Ads.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product marketing, product development, and sales teams

• Proficiency in MS Office applications for tracking and planning purposes.

• Capable of managing both planned campaigns and rapid-response initiatives as required.

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like SEO, retargeting, and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with Hubspot marketing automation and sales CRM platform.

• Proficient in utilizing social media platforms and management tools like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

• Experience with content management systems such as Wordpress and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Tools.

• Thorough understanding of persuasive marketing communication, product marketing strategy, campaign marketing strategy, lead generation strategy, and reporting methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
