Position overview:

Oversee the relationships between Greater Good Charities (GGC) and the agencies and organizations that receive donated products. This includes the management, oversight and

growth of the Ambassador program and strategies related to the distribution and regulatory compliance of donated product. The Senior Manager sources organizations, maintains those relationships, and aligns with Logistics to support GOODS movement.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Management and oversight of the US Ambassador program, including sourcing of human and animal organizations that meet the requirements to participate in the GOODS program.
Create and maintain an up-to-date database of organizations that are consistently able to receive donated product. Serve as point of contact for GOODS Ambassadors/Recipients within the database.
Point of contact between internal logistics team and Ambassador program when arranging for distribution of product.
Coordinate with Program Manager, Data and Reporting, GGC Accounting personnel and GGC Marketing team to maintain up-to-date database of product donation locations and prepare reports when needed.
Coordinates with Program Manager, Data and Reporting to assure all incoming data is recorded in the appropriate tracking platforms.
Assure product is received, regulations are followed, and recipient impact reports are completed and recorded in a timely manner.
Point of contact to provide reporting of distributions to internal associates and leadership teams.
Assist in disaster response efforts as related to the Ambassador and GOODS program.
Newsletter and correspondence creation.
Social media Ambassador page management.
Special project management related to role and scope.

Qualifications:

Highly organized and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
Adept in database management, including creating and sorting through large data sets.
Salesforce experience helpful.
Experienced and proficient writer and communicator.
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
Experience using various database management platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
College degree or equivalent experience in a related position.
