Responsibilities

Coordination and Project Management

Manage podcast interview scheduling and event logistics.
Serve as the main contact for partners of key events, including relationship building with clients and managing event logistics.
Oversee and maintain project management tools like Google Drive, Asana, Canva, and YAMM.
Organize team resources and processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Logistics and Implementation

Coordinate app banner logistics and oversee job and event board maintenance.
Plan and execute YAMM campaigns for events, marketing efforts, and prospecting.
Track, organize, and update various data sheets, including polling data, user data, newsletter subscriber data, and more.

Website and Email Management

Manage and update the website, including events, RSVP forms, pop-ups, and other standard updates.
Handle newsletter subscriber imports and upload/admin panel event updates.

Customer Service and Correspondence

Deliver exceptional customer service, managing email correspondence with accuracy and consistency.
Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure clear action items are documented and implemented.

Research and Optimization

Leverage tools like ChatGPT for research and process optimization.
Continuously seek ways to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and streamline operations.
