We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and support business development efforts for our attorneys. In this role, you’ll develop and execute the firm’s marketing plan, manage branding efforts, and enhance the firm's visibility across multiple channels.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Develop and implement firm-wide marketing strategies and branding initiatives.
Coordinate attorney award submissions and professional recognitions.
Maintain and optimize website content, including attorney bios and news updates.
Curate and manage firm content for social media and external platforms.
Design custom marketing collateral, pitch decks, and brochures for business development.
Plan and execute CLE events, webinars, and client engagement programs.
Manage advertising campaigns and media relations to enhance brand awareness.
Lead newsletter creation and holiday/client communications.
Support firm recruiting and coordinate marketing giveaways and branded items.

🔹 What You Bring

2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
Experience managing websites and digital marketing tools.
Strong writing, editing, and public speaking skills.
Excellent project management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.

Experience in event planning and client relations.
Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Webex, Teams).
A practical, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
