Covington Catholic High School, a college preparatory all-male high school, seeks a Director of Alumni Relations to strengthen connections between the school and its alumni community. This position

plays a key role in advancing the school’s mission by engaging alumni through events,

communications, and ongoing outreach.

Key responsibilities include:

Plan and execute major alumni events, requires some evenings and weekends.
Oversee alumni communications, including the monthly e-newsletter, bi-annual journal

mailings, social media updates, and event promotions.

Maintain accurate alumni records in the donor database and manage online engagement

platforms.

Attend alumni and school events to foster community and strengthen relationships
Collaborate with the Advancement team to develop new ways to engage and celebrate

alumni.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Experience in event planning, alumni relations, or advancement preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for building community
Proficiency with databases (Raiser’s Edge preferred) and digital communication tools
