Position Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator — an energetic, dependable, and people-oriented professional to join our team. This role blends client service, attorney and team support, and creative marketing. The ideal candidate is efficient and organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about long-term growth in our law firm.

Primary Responsibilities

· Communicate professionally with clients

· Support workshops, webinars, team and community events

· Support attorney with scheduling, travel, meeting and events

· Prioritize and triage emails; draft responses or flag urgent messages

· Assist with drafting letters, firm documentation, engagement agreements, and simple correspondence.with the attorneys and team to deliver exceptional service

· Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items for internal meetings

· Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.

· Oversee recurring tasks: birthdays, thank-you cards, firm events, client gifts.

· Help onboard new hires with checklists and internal procedures

· Develop and manage content for firm newsletter, social media and marketing campaigns

· Maintain firm branding and update marketing material inventory

Skills & Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High attention to detail and organizational ability

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfort with learning new technology

· Interest or experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination

· Prior office or legal experience preferred but not required

· Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
