We’re a fast-paced construction-support office looking for an Admin/Accounting Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves variety, and doesn’t shy away from shifting priorities. Every day is different — and that’s half the fun.

What You’ll Be Handling

Your job is essential to keeping our office (and our projects) running smoothly. Your responsibilities include, but are nowhere near limited to:

- Billing & Accounts Receivable

- Payroll assistance

- Answering phones with a friendly, professional vibe

- Accounts Payable

- Creating a monthly newsletter

- Emailing customers to confirm upcoming work

- Following up after projects to ensure everything went great

- Monthly union & workers comp reporting

- Vehicle maintenance tracking/reporting

- Client onboarding — welcoming new customers and setting them up for success
