At Founders Running Club, we’re building more than just a running club, we’re creating a global community. With chapters across 55+ countries and growing, FRC brings together founders, creatives, operators, and leaders through movement, connection, and shared experiences.

Our chapters host runs, events, collaborations, and partnerships worldwide - and we’re now looking for a Newsletter Master (Newsletter creator) to help tell these stories.

Role -

We’re looking for a Newsletter creator (aka Newsletter Master) who will own and curate our biweekly global newsletter, showcasing updates, highlights, and stories from FRC chapters around the world. Please note that this is a fully voluntary position.

This role is perfect for someone who loves community storytelling, understands how to turn updates into engaging content, and can balance structure with creativity.

What You’ll Do -

- Create and manage biweekly newsletters featuring updates from FRC chapters globally.
- Curate chapter news, events, partnerships, and community highlights.
- Ensure fair and balanced visibility across chapters.
- Collaborate with internal team members and chapter leads for content collection.
- Use newsletter tools to design, schedule, and optimize campaigns.
- Track engagement and continuously improve content quality and performance.

What we’re looking for -

- Strong ability to articulate news and stories clearly.
- Experience creating newsletters with good engagement rates.
- Comfortable using tools like Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Copywriting experience is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize content across multiple chapters.
- Creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about community-building, wellness, and FRC’s mission.
