Requirements

Successful completion of maintenance aptitude test.
Successful completion of interview process and Hands on test.
Candidate must become a member of the local Union.
Must be able to work 10-hour shifts and occasional Overtime.

Experience Requirements

Self-directed and motivated.
Candidate must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects and issues. Must work well under pressure
Candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management.
Knowledge and experience including but not limited to Welding, Pipefitting, Rigging and General Mechanical trades
