TWE COLLECTIVE | ASHEVILLE, NC

About TWE Collective

TWE Collective is the parent company behind The Wedding Edit and TW Events, bringing our wedding, event, design, and creative work together under one growing organization.

Based in Asheville, North Carolina, the Collective is highly collaborative, design-driven, and built to support multiple areas of the event industry. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Executive Admin who can bring structure to the moving pieces across the Collective and help our CoFounders stay focused on the work that moves the businesses forward.

This is not a role for someone who simply waits for a task list. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. The right person will learn how our business operates, understand our priorities, and eventually recognize what needs attention before being asked.

What You’ll Own

Executive + Administrative Support

Manage and organize leadership calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and scheduling.

Help coordinate where the leadership team needs to be, what needs to happen beforehand, and what follow-up is required afterward.

Inbox + Communication Management

Help manage company and leadership inboxes by organizing correspondence, responding whenappropriate, identifying priorities, creating follow-up tasks, and clearly flagging anything requiring an executive decision.

Project + Operational Support

Support the organization and day-to-day management of Basecamp as the central source of truth for active projects. Help create and assign tasks, establish deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, identify stalled projects, and ensure important items have a clear next action.

Meeting Follow-Through

Take detailed notes during meetings or review meeting transcripts afterward and translate conversations into actionable tasks with a clear owner, deadline, and instructions. Important decisions and action items should never live only in someone's notes, inbox, or memory.

Client + Vendor Coordination

Support follow-up with clients, venues, vendors, and creative partners. Assist with scheduling

meetings, gathering outstanding information, tracking deliverables, and keeping communication moving.

Office + Showroom Readiness

Help maintain a polished, client-ready showroom and office environment. This includes light daily

resetting and organization so the space is ready to welcome a client or industry partner at any time.

Content + Marketing Support

Assist with organizing approved marketing assets and content, downloading and filing materials from our agency and internal systems, and supporting the scheduling or posting of approved social content as needed.

Systems + Documentation

As you learn how the business operates, document repeatable processes and workflows. Part of this position is helping us create organized systems that can eventually be taught, delegated, and scaled as our team grows.

What We’re Looking For

+ Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

+ Proactive rather than reactive

+ Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

+ A strong written and verbal communicator

+ Confident following up with people and keeping projects moving

+ Able to take a loosely communicated idea and turn it into an organized action plan

+ Comfortable working independently and making reasonable decisions without constant direction

+ Discreet and trustworthy with confidential business and client information

+ Comfortable learning new technology and systems

+ Someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, structure, and efficiency

+ Flexible enough to work within a growing company where priorities can occasionally change quickly

Experience with Basecamp, Google Workspace, calendar management, project management,

hospitality, events, or a creative business is a plus, but the right mindset and ability to learn are

equally important.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means the leadership team spends less time remembering, chasing, organizing, and following up - and more time leading the company, serving our clients, designing, and growing the business. Over time, we want you to know the rhythm of TWE Collective well enough to say: “I saw this needed attention, so I handled it.” You should be able to look across our calendars, inboxes, Basecamp projects, client work, vendor

communication, and upcoming commitments and understand what needs to happen next.

The Environment

TWE Collective is a growing event planning firm, which means this role will evolve with us. We value people who are willing to learn, improve systems, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of their work. There will be established responsibilities, but there will also be opportunities to help shape how this position operates as the Collective grows.
