The Role: Marketing Director

You'll own growth. All of it.

What You'll Do

Content & Brand (40% of time)

Create viral content that makes job seekers say "finally, someone gets it"
Build ApplyToMe into a movement, not just a product
Own our voice across LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram
Turn our founder's ideas into content that spreads like wildfire

Growth & Acquisition (40% of time)

Drive 10,000+ candidate signups per month (we're at 3,000 now)
Build partnerships with bootcamps, universities, career coaches
Launch and scale our affiliate program (turn job seekers into marketers)
Experiment with paid acquisition (once we prove channels)

Community & Engagement (20% of time)

Build a community of job seekers who evangelize us
Turn customers into case studies and testimonials
Manage our social presence and respond to the community
Create FOMO around being part of the ApplyToMe movement
