The Role: Marketing Director
You'll own growth. All of it.
What You'll Do
Content & Brand (40% of time)
- Create viral content that makes job seekers say "finally, someone gets it"
- Build ApplyToMe into a movement, not just a product
- Own our voice across LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram
- Turn our founder's ideas into content that spreads like wildfire
Growth & Acquisition (40% of time)
- Drive 10,000+ candidate signups per month (we're at 3,000 now)
- Build partnerships with bootcamps, universities, career coaches
- Launch and scale our affiliate program (turn job seekers into marketers)
- Experiment with paid acquisition (once we prove channels)
Community & Engagement (20% of time)
- Build a community of job seekers who evangelize us
- Turn customers into case studies and testimonials
- Manage our social presence and respond to the community
- Create FOMO around being part of the ApplyToMe movement
What Success Looks Like
Month 1:
- Ship 20 pieces of content (LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Launch affiliate program
- Get 5,000 signups
