We work with top global media and agency companies on celebrity and brand research.
E-Poll seeks a strong creative Marketing Coordinator. This is a Los Angeles based position with hybrid ‘work at home’ hours as you will occasionally come into the Encino office for meetings. This position will lead the graphics and publishing of relevant, original content for the company’s sales channels, including blog, newsletter, social media, and PR.
Requirements:
You MUST demonstrate experience and proficiency in the following:
- Web Design and Graphic Interface: Efficiency in formatting HTML, with familiarity in both desktop and mobile. We promote our business heavily in those areas.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.) and be able to show examples of your work.
- Excellent Writing Skills: Much of this position involves reviewing research analytics and translating the data into client newsletters, outreach, web site copy and PR purposes. Writing examples will be required.
- Email Marketing: Must have experience with email marketing lists and services such as Vertical Response, and have used WordPress extensively. Use and knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- Communication Skills: Being able to work with senior management and other departments within E-Poll a must and will interface with outside vendors on various needs.
- Planning/Project Management: This position requires strong organizational and planning skills as other departments depend on your coordination of numerous responsibilities.
- Ideas: Passion for media, entertainment and pop culture is vitalas we will depend on your creative input in all our messaging.

- Salary will range from $36,000 - $39,500 and will be based on experience and skills.
