Large HOA community in Canton, Georgia of over 1000 homes and growing, seeks a part-time Events Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. The community features resort-style amenities with diverse and active residents of all ages who appreciate a full calendar of events and activities.
The Position Includes The Following
- Creating, marketing, and executing events and activities for the residents.
- Assist residents with amenity rentals.
- Manage the classes, groups and activity calendar.
- Overseeing communication to the residents through a monthly newsletter, social media, and email blasts.
The successful candidate will require the following qualities to be successful in this role:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality and proficient in customer relations.
- Creativity is a must! Must be able to organize and plan large scale events.
- Be able to multi-task and function in sometimes high stress situations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Creating and executing events and activities for all age groups.
- Knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, web-based tools, and social media.
- Administrative experience.
- Property Management experience preferred.
Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $20-$25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
- 3 days per week (depending on events schedule)
- Weekend availability

Environmental Job Requirements
- Primarily located in a comfortable indoor area but will require some time spent outside inspecting the community.
- Demands accuracy.
- May be involved in difficult situations.
- Minimum Qualifications: Must pass a background check.
- Preferred skills in Vantaca HOA Accounting software, Strongroom AP System.
