Integrated Marketing Internship - The Flourish Group
Position Overview: The Flourish Group is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Integrated Marketing Intern to support our team in executing wellness events, designing engaging visuals, and writing compelling newsletters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about wellness and marketing, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, mission-driven company.
Responsibilities:
- Wellness Events Support: Assist in planning, promoting, and coordinating wellness events for client organizations, school districts and community organizations, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and event collateral.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for the company including: event materials, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Newsletter Writing: Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for The Flourish Group’s monthly email newsletters. This includes wellness tips, client success stories, upcoming events, and more.
- Social Media Content: Support the team by creating and scheduling posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with The Flourish Group’s brand guidelines and mission to promote workplace wellness.
- Photography/Video Production: Assist with company/event photography and video to create client content, marketing pieces and event highlights.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other programs used in a business setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for wellness and an interest in promoting well-being in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits:
