Job Posting: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Southside Chattanooga
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Our local real estate team is seeking a part-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to lead and elevate our digital presence. We’re looking for a creative and organized individual who can manage content, grow our brand, and bring fresh ideas to our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with our target audience
- Manage and maintain our presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
- Take ownership of the team’s Facebook and Instagram accounts while collaborating with individual agents to align their social profiles with the team’s brand
- Grow our presence on LinkedIn and implement a strategy for better use of our YouTube channel
- Maintain a branded email newsletter featuring new listings, market trends, local businesses, and client events
- Ensure all property listings are presented in their best light, with compelling copy and visuals tailored to each platform
- Promote team successes, client testimonials, and reviews in ways that foster engagement and trust
- Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns to drive customers and increase visibility
- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay current with social media trends, marketing strategies, and industry best practices to keep our content relevant and impactful
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator with a knack for storytelling
- Confident in building a cohesive brand voice across different platforms
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and content creation apps
- Eager to learn about the real estate industry
- A team player who can work independently and bring new ideas to the table
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus
Compensation will be hourly based on experience with potential for growth based on performance.
