Job Title: Communication and Engagement Manager
Pay Rate: 50-65 per hour
Contract: 6 months to start with potential to extend or convert
Location: New York City (Hyrbrid On-site 3 days a week)
Your Mission: As a Communication and Engagement Manager within our Office of Social Impact and Engagement (OSIE) team, you will play a key role in developing content and driving awareness of our site, patient and employee insights programs. Your work will support initiatives that drive engagement, foster relationships, and promote a new paradigm - empathetic technical solutions through site, patient and employee insights and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Communication Strategy:
● Define, communicate and execute a holistic marketing plan including and not limited to: events, internal communications, PR, organic social and video to drive brand awareness of the patient insights and site tech boards; collaborate with leadership, product and global marketing, and sales
Content Creation and Management
● Create high quality, and engaging content to raise awareness and promote the value of all OSIE activities and events (Summit read outs, Site and Patient Community content, Corporate events, Insight Studio briefs and final reports, Industry panels, client projects, etc)
● Maintain current communication channels (Slack, 3DS platform, Engage Communities, website, etc.).
● Develop new ways to share content with and patient and site communities, customers, and internal teams, including a team newsletter
Employee Engagement:
● Promote employee engagement and satisfaction with a test, learn, optimize approach and regularly survey to amplify the employee voice, making adjustments as needed; encourage leadership to participate in internal activities and demonstrate a commitment to employees; improve communications to the field
● Report out on KPIs and survey scorecards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for communication-related inquiries and initiatives.
● Present communication plans and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
● Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization
Project Management:
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, product marketing, internal communications and global events to design, and execute communication initiatives.
● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.

● Deep knowledge and experience in marketing and communications
● Strong interpersonal, attention to detail, and time management skills
● A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in changing environments
● Ability to communicate timely and effectively with vendors, conference organizers, and patients
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
● A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
● Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
● Some travel may be required to meet with partners and patients, visit with employees, and attend industry events
