Overview
As part of PepsiCo’s Global Employee Communications Team, the Manager, Enterprise, Leader & Corporate Affairs Communications will be responsible for driving corporate storytelling and an associate experience tied to the larger employee value proposition and PepsiCo’s business priorities, while also equipping our Senior Management Team to be a trusted voice for our associates. The Manager will also serve as the Communications Business Partner for the Corporate Affairs function to deliver strategic, innovative, and engaging communications plans that inform, enable team impact, and build team culture and trust.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategist with experience in internal communications, project management, content creation, and writing.
Responsibilities
- Create global tools and best practices to lead centralized comms planning across regions, functions and the Global Employee Communications team
- Deliver high-quality communications plans and assets that meet or exceed the expectations of stakeholders with professionalism and integrity
- Develop and oversee Senior Management Team engagement and communications plans, ensuring this key cohort receives essential information and is empowered to serve as culture ambassadors and change agents within the organization; manage a senior leadership Teams Site and newsletter, while also driving key leadership communications
- Be a key player in PepsiCo’s quarterly Global Town Halls by supporting all employee comms-related workstreams (logistics and planning, strategy, associate and leadership communications pre- and post-event, and collaboration with IT and facilities)
- Serve as a dedicated resource to the Corporate Affairs function and Corporate Affairs Chief of Staff as the day-to-day lead on employee communications; lead and manage logistics for Corporate Affairs-wide internal communications initiatives aligned to critical business priorities of the function, inclusive of email writing and distribution, Town Hall and event facilitation, community management, and editorial calendar; project manager for bi-annual awards program; counsel and collaborate on the function’s comms plans (approx. 30% of role).
- Develop storytelling content for inclusion at global level across key channels tied to priorities, content and channel strategy, as well as team story curation and creation of engagement elements
- Provide consultation and act as a resource to other comms teams and partners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee communication strategies, using metrics such as employee and leader feedback, pulse checks, channel engagement, and surveys
- Manage one direct report on key workstreams
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or related field
- 6-8 years of professional communications experience, including internal communications, employee and leader engagement and writing
- World-class communications skills, with the ability to translate messages to all levels of the organization
- Ability to work, network and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, including executive-level leaders
- Passion for sharing best practices and insights to support all global and market teammates
- Highly responsive, flexible and agile thinker, with effective collaboration skills
- Creative thinker who’s not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
