About the Firm:
Our client is a boutique, client-focused wealth management firm serving a sophisticated base of physicians and high-achieving professionals. With institutional-level capabilities and a boutique feel, they provide comprehensive planning and investment services through a collaborative, disciplined, and mission-driven team.
The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled investment operations professional who wants to grow into a portfolio strategist. The current Director of Investment Operations is transitioning to a fully remote role, and this hire will be groomed to step into leadership of the investment platform.

If you’re Series 7/63 licensed, experienced in trading, and ready to grow into investment strategy, this is a high-growth path within a tight-knit, purpose-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process trades and manage client investment activity through Signature Choice and other platforms
- Support portfolio construction, fund selection, and implementation of model updates
- Assist with platform optimization and ensure fund availability for the advisor team
- Collaborate with the Director of Investment Operations and advisors on strategy and analysis
- Participate in client and internal meetings as needed to discuss investment positioning
- Take ownership of the client-facing investment newsletter
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Series 7 and 63 licensed
- 3–5 years of experience in investment operations or trade execution
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, and model portfolios
- Experience with Signature Choice or similar custodial platforms
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
- CFP or CIMA designation (or actively pursuing) preferred
