NET-A-PORTER is searching for a seasoned candidate to come and join the award-winning Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Team as an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive. We’re looking for a team member to support and drive the affiliate channel’s success further in 2025 and beyond.
Working hand in hand with our central global team, the successful candidate will report into the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager and will need to demonstrate excellent commercial skills combined with proven digital experience.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Support the Affiliate & Influencer team in delivering the affiliate marketing strategy across all regions
- Proactively build on the favourable reputation of NET-A-PORTER to ensure a strong, transparent and collaborative relationship with all partners
- Support on implementing a localised strategy across regions, to drive relevant and commercial KPIs across both affiliate and conversion influencer
- Support the Affiliate & Influencer team on the day-to-day relationship with Rakuten Advertising regional teams - Including but not limited to:
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly planning
- Spending actions
- Reporting (both weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc)
- Owner of all campaign information and direction of marketing support across regions
- Support across ad hoc projects, including data led initiatives and process driven improvements
- Ad hoc program admin – including campaign calendars and resources
- Plan, build and execute the affiliate newsletter
- Support on managing partner relationships with the goal of establishing long-lasting relationships and an effective network of directly managed partnerships – with a special consideration to working closely with Rakuten Advertising and conversion influencer networks such as LTK and ShopMy
- Have an analytical approach, effectively measure performance across both affiliate and influencer activity – establishing goals and targets in driving business success. Reviewing, analysing & optimizing as you go, reporting back on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships depending on business priorities.
- Work collaboratively across other business departments to align all activity – including but not limited to buying, creative, PR, social and performance marketing teams across all regions
- Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, sales and scale brand awareness; ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand strategy and 360 approach
- Act as a brand guardian and ensure all activations that pass through the affiliate and influencer channel, adhere to the NET-A-PORTER brand guidelines
The type of person we are looking for:
- 2+ years of marketing experience ideally gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment or affiliate agency (affiliate channel experience preferred)
- Commercial experience ideally gained in a fast-paced, luxury/online retail environment with proven experience of driving performance with a focus on positive ROAS and healthy CAC
- Strong analytical skills with a desire to learn new programs/ platforms. A data led approach to both affiliate and influencer channel
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance. Positive mindset and able to consistently deliver across responsibilities whilst working in a fast pasted, ever growing and ever-changing business and landscape
- Understands and respects the importance of relationships – across both influencer and affiliate (internal and external). Able to maintain relationships whilst also having well rounded negotiation skills
- Organised, methodical and efficient team player, with strong judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 - $85,000. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
