Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and monitor local marketing strategies across the US region with a focus on local event strategies to optimize marketing event activities and raise company awareness, managing offline events throughout the entire of their life cycle. The manager must be able to gain a thorough understanding of our products and services, work with a multitude of stakeholders and represent ACROBiosystems in a professional manner while positively shaping the ACROBiosystems’ identity, profile, and visibility within the life science community. This position must also be able to work the occasional night and/or weekend, to provide on-site events and internal team support.

- Develop local marketing plans to optimize marketing event ROI and raise company awareness.
- Build offline and online event strategies to optimize marketing event activation and raise company awareness.
- Develop localized promotional materials and campaigns tailored to regional regulations and cultural nuances with the internal team.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on social media promotion, webinars, and newsletter optimization. Track and analyze the results to enhance engagement with local customers and optimize local strategies.
- Coordinate related logistics related to trade shows/events; connect with different vendors and carriers to ensure the events run smoothly.
- Create detailed reports and engaging presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to internal stakeholders. This includes synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support organizational objectives.
- Conduct thorough research about customer behavior and preferences, including interviewing, surveying, and focus groups, to analyze customer data that can enhance marketing initiatives.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and performance metrics to assess market positioning and identify competitive advantages. This involves analyzing their strategies, product offerings, and marketing efforts to inform our own strategic planning.
- Supervise and mentor the offline event marketing team and foster a collaborative environment.
- Manage distributors, collaborators, and partners in the US.
- Travel up to 30-40% depending on the offline events frequency.
Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience
- Master’s degree in life science or related discipline required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
Preferred Qualifications – Education And Experience
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Passionate about the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry and aligned with company values.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing solutions and applications such as Salesforce, Adobe, Canva and Constant Contact, or other similar tools; as well as Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, stress resistance, with an innovation mindset.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop strategic vision and execute resulting plans.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 DOE
Location: San Diego, CA or San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
