We’re currently seeking a creative and driven Media Intern Specialist to help expand our digital presence and support our mission through thoughtful, engaging content. This is a great opportunity for an independent professional who want a flexible, remote role.
Responsibilities
As a Media Intern, you’ll support all things content and media, including:
· Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Help design visual assets for digital campaigns, blog posts, and educational materials
· Support the development of short-form video content (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes)
· Help maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
· Monitor social engagement and respond to comments/messages as directed
· Contribute ideas for mental health awareness campaigns, special observances (e.g., Mental Health Month), or client education
· Assist with basic email marketing, newsletter layouts, or Canva designs
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a program in Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
· Strong interest in mental health, wellness, or healthcare communication
· Experience with Instagram, Canva, TikTok, or video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
· Creative eye and ability to follow branding guidelines
· Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with feedback
· Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity to mental health topics
