Social Media Manager - Remote (Latin America)

We're hiring this week! Legacy Strong is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team and own our complete content strategy from concept to distribution.
About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our entire content pipeline across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and supporting our mission to scale from 50 to 1,000+ clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Research & Strategy: Monitor daily trends in credit and funding industries to inform content direction
- Video Production: Edit long-form content (podcasts, YouTube videos) and coordinate with editing team for short-form content
- Multi-Platform Management: Create and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Newsletter Development: Write and distribute weekly newsletters that drive meaningful client engagement
- YouTube Optimization: Develop high-CTR titles and compelling 3-second hooks to maximize viewership
- Process Documentation: Create detailed SOPs in Notion for all repeatable tasks
- Creative Strategy: Pitch innovative content angles for both short and long-form content weekly

Required Qualifications
- Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Copywriting Expertise: Proven ability to craft compelling hooks, calls-to-action, and engaging copy
- Video Editing Experience: 2+ years of professional experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools
- Project Management: Experience building SOPs and workflows in Notion or similar platforms
- Work Style: Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of credit and funding industry trends
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable social media growth
- Experience with newsletter platforms and email marketing
