The RoleWe’re looking for a Content Manager to support the creation, publishing, and distribution of media content across our channels. Reporting to the Director of Media Content, and working closely with CEO Suzy Welch, you’ll work on everything from podcast copy to blog posts, from newsletters to social campaigns—ensuring all content reflects our brand voice: bold truths, zero fluff, deeply human.
This is a role for a sharp writer, detail-oriented editor, and disciplined producer—someone who can keep projects moving, uphold high standards, and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging formats.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Editing
- Write, edit, and publish content across channels (web, email, social, podcast, video scripts)
- Ensure all content aligns with Becoming You’s tone, voice, and mission
- Translate behavioral science and product insights into accessible, resonant storytelling
Publishing & Distribution
- Manage content calendars in collaboration with the Director of Media Content
- Upload, format, and distribute content across CMS, podcast platforms, emails and social channels
- Coordinate with design and multimedia teams to ensure content is visually compelling
Audience Engagement
- Help monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback across channels
- Surface community stories and insights that can be turned into features or campaigns
Operations & Quality Control
- Track deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects at once
- Maintain style guides, editorial standards, and brand consistency
- Support measurement of content performance and recommend refinements
You Might Be a Fit If You…- Have 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, publishing, or editorial management (media, digital content, or marketing)
- Are a strong writer and editor, able to capture nuance in a clear, approachable style
- Have experience managing content calendars and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Are comfortable with CMS platforms, newsletter tools, and social publishing systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high standards
- Care deeply about clarity, authenticity, and making complex ideas usable for others
Base: 75-130k
