WORK ENVIRONMENT
EB5 Group LLC is a small team of highly skilled professionals working in a positive, high-energy environment. The work is demanding and, at times, stressful. Expectations are high, but so too is the level of mutual support.
There is no HR department. We don’t have team-building activities or a mentorship program. There is no newsletter or monthly birthday lunch. We are simply a group of dedicated professionals who work hard and have some fun with each other while doing what we do better than anyone else.
The Company has a strict “family first” policy: we take care of ourselves and our loved ones before anything else.
Every person in the Company is held to a high ethical standard. We are honest in all that we do. We choose the hard right over the easy wrong. We admit to and take ownership of our mistakes. All stakeholders—employees, contractors, investors, partners, regulators, and competitors—are shown dignity and respect.
Above all, we are intensely focused on serving the aspiring immigrant families who have trusted us with a significant share (or, in many cases, all) of their personal wealth. We care deeply about helping them to achieve successful outcomes—i.e., permanent residency and a full return of their capital. This is our solemn duty.
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED
The following qualifications are mandatory.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited public or private non-profit college or university, or a degree in any other discipline and at least 15 years of relevant experience
· Three or more years of full-time experience in the EB-5 industry
· Comprehensive knowledge of Program regulations
· Two or more years in a senior managerial role
· Native or full professional fluency in the English language
· Ability to write in English at a graduate level without assistance from artificial intelligence tools
· Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
· No criminal convictions of any kind
· No history of occupational misconduct, including but not limited to actions resulting in suspension or revocation of professional or vocational licensure
QUALIFICATIONS, OPTIONAL
Any of these will be valued by the Company and may be advantageous in the selection process.
· Experience managing compliance for USCIS-designated regional centers
· Prior experience in commercial construction, real estate development, commercial banking, investment banking, property management, consulting, or law
· Master’s or professional degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or Law
· Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA
· Fluency in one or more languages other than English
· Experience hiring and supervising contractors and freelancers
· Experience managing transnational and cross-cultural teams
COMPENSATION
The pay range is $170,000 to $230,000 (USD) annually, depending on qualifications.
NOTES
· This role is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents domiciled in the United States or a U.S. territory, as well as U.S. citizens residing outside the country.
· The Senior Director must reside in a time zone not more than nine hours ahead of or six hours behind the U.S. Pacific time zone.
· If residing outside the United States, the Senior Director will be an offshore contractor and must comply with the labor and tax regulations in his or her country of residence.
