Fresh off a 1st-place win at Vanderbilt’s Neurotech Frontiers Summit, we connect parents, teachers, sitters, and therapists with a living Care Card and a 60-second check-in loop—so what worked yesterday shows up in tomorrow’s plan. We’re building a movement, not just a product.
The Opportunity We’re hiring a Founding Community Lead to be the voice of our users and the engine of our growth. You’ll recruit and amplify real families and practitioners, turn them into ambassadors, and convert that momentum into a successful crowd fund campaign and long-term community.
Your First 90 Days (Outcomes)
Launch momentum (Weeks 1–4):
- Recruit 10–15 “Community Pillars” (therapists, teachers, parents, sitters with lived experience).
- Run Product Demos for
- Capture 10+ short video stories (≤60s each) and 10 written case studies.
- Prep and schedule our Crowd Fund (Wefunder) launch assets (updates, webinars, social).
Growth engine (Weeks 5–12):
- Convert new investors into ambassadors; stand up Affiliate workflow and track referrals.
- Run 2 community events (virtual) and launch a monthly Field Notes newsletter.
- Hit community KPIs: ≥250 ambassadors, ≥100 case studies in pipeline
Contract-to-Hire Structure Phase 1 — 4-Week Contract (fixed $7,500):
- Deliverables: (1) 10+ video stories, (2) 10 written case studies, (3) Crowd Fund content calendar & launch webinar plan, (4) ambassador CRM set-up, (5) help-desk MVP (FAQ + ticket flow).
- Acceptance: deliverables reviewed weekly; payment net-15.
Phase 2 — Full-Time (W-2):
- Title: Founding Community Lead
- Comp: $90k–$115k base + 0.75%+ equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
- Benefits: fully-remote, flexible hours, home-office stipend, healthcare stipend.
Who You Are
- Deep, authentic roots in the neurodiversity community (e.g., therapist, educator, older sibling/caregiver, or ASD lived experience).
- An empathetic storyteller who’s great on camera and strong at short-form content.
- A connector & organizer: you can recruit, motivate, and track 100+ ambassadors without dropping balls.
- Startup-ready: you like autonomy, ship fast, and measure what matters.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Recruit & onboard ambassadors (therapists, teachers, parents, sitters).
- Run case-study sprints; coordinate simple releases/consents.
- Host demos for parents/teachers; capture outcomes and quotes.
- Publish weekly updates (LinkedIn, newsletter, Crowd Fund updates).
- Stand up a Help Desk (FAQ + response macros + routing).
- Partner with Marketing Manager for structure, analytics, and ads.
- Partner with our Therapist Advisor (contract SLP/OT) to verify safety framing and bolster case studies (educational, non-clinical).
