Change Management Specialist
Location: Irvine (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/Week)

Role Summary
Responsible for leading change management activities for process and tool deployment projects. Focus is on stakeholder engagement, communication, training coordination, and driving adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Define adoption metrics and track progress.
- Create and manage communication plans.
- Develop content in Confluence and internal learning tools.
- Own department contributions to company newsletter.
- Plan and coordinate rollout of new processes and tools.
- Schedule and support process/IT training sessions.
- Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Align change activities with project timelines and milestones.
- Report progress and risks to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 3–5+ years of dedicated change management experience.
- Experience supporting technology, process, or organizational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, JIRA, and Confluence.
