Our Client is looking to hire a Change Management Specialist for a ~12 month contract with possibility to extend. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week in Irvine, CA and must be worked on W2. Please note, there is no relocation fee offered for this position.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in a dedicated change management role
- Proven experience supporting technology, process, or organizational change initiatives
- Strong experience developing communications, stakeholder engagement, and training plans
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills- Ability to own department contributions to company newsletter + drive content development for QMS
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Jira
