Location: NYC
Type: Full-time
Team: Events, Reports to Head of Events
Hampton is actively growing across 13 cities: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, London, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, & Vancouver.
This role is based in New York City and works hybrid from our Chelsea office (Tuesday–Thursday). While your home base is NYC, your portfolio will include cities where you are not physically located, managing and representing those chapters remotely. You’ll work closely with local partners and members to ensure seamless execution, occasionally traveling for events or key initiatives.
About Hampton
Hampton is a private network for high-growth founders running tech-enabled companies with $3M+ in revenue. Our founders are ambitious builders who are scaling successful companies while also seeking meaningful conversations, leadership growth, and world-class peer connections.
The Hampton Events Team organizes in-person events across 13 cities. Some examples include an NYC speaker event with the founder of Eight Sleep, a yacht day in Miami, and a private batting practice at Fenway. As we double down on being in-person, we’re looking to take our events to the next level and design truly only-in-Hampton experiences.
The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Events Manager, to help design and deliver Hampton’s in-person experiences, from intimate dinners to expert event speakers to adventures our members will talk about for years.
This NYC-based role will focus on producing and executing Hampton events across the East Coast. You’ll partner closely with our Head of Events to plan, coordinate, and deliver top-tier experiences that bring our community together and reflect Hampton’s high standard of taste, execution, and hospitality.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional operational precision with creative instinct. Someone who can scout the perfect rooftop venue in Chicago one day and troubleshoot AV at a London founder dinner the next. You’re equal parts organized producer, creative thinker, and thoughtful host.
This role will require some travel to other East Coast cities for Hampton member events.
