The Associate Marketing Manager assists in managing and organizing marketing activities for Moet Hennessy Private USA. Supports Private Client sales team with developing marketing assets, event logistics, and recapping. This role will help to support all field activities and HQ administration.
Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office
Client Animations & Events
- Assists with organization of Team Summits (Manage team itinerary, Creation and editing of presented assets, Organization of transportation and team meals, Booking of hotels, reservations and meeting rooms, sending calendar invites, Budget tracking and execution)
- Setup and manage excel tracker for team event planning/market visits (Oversee follow up and timeline of each event, Ensure organization and alignment from each team member for well executed events, Liaison between the brand team and the sales team to execute against proper brand standards)
- Works with Senior Manger to keep Marketing Calendar current (Quarterly check in with each brand team to keep our calendar up to date as to not miss any important activations & opportunities, Keep team ahead of planning against deadlines)
- Create event recaps and update internal event tracker (recaps for monthly reports, in-depth ppt recapping for brand teams and internal use, Excel report of spend, sales, event details, and ROI per event to track success)
- Collaborate with Senior Manager to send monthly Central best practice for Global MH Private, quarterly "Inside Private" newsletter, monthly Sip & Toast in conjunction with the Chatter carousel on myMHUSA
- Oversee all POS management (allocation, delivery, unpack, setup, repack, return) & Uber Piece Management (delivery, unpack, setup, repack, return)
- Create event Invites
- Assist with vendor relationships (venue, catering, event timing, PAX/client lists)
- Assist in execution of events (setup and breakdown). Will require some nights and travel.
Client Journey Assets
- Develop creative for client-facing teasers, itineraries, sell sheets, newsletters for new releases
- Assist in the design and updates for MH Private assets (email signature, templates: invites, menus)
- Manage physical assets for field activations, cardstock, tissue paper, gift bags, stationery, place cards
- Support BDD recruitment activities and asset creation (sales decks, calendar management, invites, recaps, POSM)
Administrative
- ePOS Trade Marketing yearly forecast on behalf of each region
- Order all POS for each activation across B2B and Private Client events
- Manage invoicing across the team
- Assist in BHE bookings
- Send distribution of A&P/T&E reports, budget adherence, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
- Oversee our storage unit and inventory
- Uber Piece: management courier relationship management
- Oversee UPS shipments and Messenger/Courier requests for the team against deadlines
- Manage both the Global "Inside Private" website in addition to the MHP Americas SharePoint website (continuously update the platforms with new sell sheets, brand assets, templates, photos, recaps, etc. so the team has easy, consolidated access to all materials)
- Oversee the management of samples, pull and replenish product in our brand closet for events and adhoc needs
- Assist onboarding for all new team members (connection with the Central team for accesses, Email signature, Mailing of assets, Integration to team communications, Initiating access of all online assets, Training on all systems (ePOS, PBI, both MHP websites, AIR)
- Oversee and track POS stock and storage in the NYC HQ for local activations and in-office events
CRM
- Create moments for key HQ client experiences on engage
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses, tracking sales trends against key annual team KPIs
- Pull weekly SIS report for the team
- Assist in ad-hoc data requested by members of the team to help manage their business
- Extract client data for each region (sleepers, beginners, prospects) and deactivate clients as needed
- Manage unassigned orders
- Track individual client sales to influence client attendance for exclusive experience
- Manage client relationship recovery efforts, oversee proper communication and gifting in collaboration with brand teams and PCM/PCDs
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred
Professional Experience
3+ years of events and/or marketing experience in the U.S. luxury wines and spirits industry
