Position Summary: As a Program Manager 2 at Client, you'll support our Technical Account Management (TAM) team and enable the execution of various programs. This role offers the chance to collaborate across multiple regions, partnering with both commercial and technical teams to drive operational efficiency and define project scopes. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage Project Intake Requests: Coordinate requests to the TAM Team from internal collaborators. Identify scope, resources, timelines, customers, success criteria, and other key details to determine the viability of requests and establish comprehensive project plans.
- Support Partner Outreach Requests: Contribute to the deployment and management of surveys sent to game development partners, ensuring data accuracy and timely feedback.
- Support TAM Team Projects: Apply your project management skills to crafting, overseeing, and delivering results on a range of projects.
- Maintain Consistent Application and Documentation of Team Procedures: Coordinate team process documentation, craft or revise runbooks as required, or aid TAMs in the process for consistency and clarity.
- Reporting: Confirm the accuracy of team dashboards and related documentation for tracking projects. Produce periodic reports summarizing status, risks, and outcomes. Support in developing the TAM Newsletter for interested parties, summarizing significant outcomes and updates from TAMs.
- Priority Title Oversight: Guarantee the Title Dashboard and associated documentation remain current in accordance with established procedures, upholding clarity and precision in all revisions.
