Email Campaign Coordinator at BairesDev
We are seeking an Email Campaign Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of email marketing programs across multiple campaigns and audience segments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping campaigns organized, on schedule, and consistently aligned with brand standards.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate the end-to-end production of email campaigns, from briefing and content gathering through QA and deployment.
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
- Build and schedule emails in the marketing platform, applying correct audience segments and tracking parameters.
- Conduct pre-send quality assurance checks covering copy, links, rendering, and personalization tokens.
- Monitor post-send performance and compile campaign reports summarizing key metrics and observations.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign assets, audience lists, and performance records.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience building and deploying emails in platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong attention to detail with a thorough approach to quality assurance and campaign accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Clear written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
