Key Responsibilities:
- Own the editorial vision and execution of The Morning Briefing newsletter.
- Research, write, and edit high-quality content focused on baseball and sports culture.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for audience growth and retention.
- Stay ahead of trends in baseball, sports media, and fan engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of baseball and sports media—you know the game and the stories fans care about.
- Experience with Beehiiv (or similar newsletter platforms) for publishing and analytics.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and other content creation tools for multimedia integration.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience with social media platforms and cross-channel content promotion.
