We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and support experiential marketing efforts—including content creation and activation surrounding our X-Golf mobile simulator events. If you’re a strong storyteller, video content creator, and influencer-savvy marketer, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
• Develop, produce, and schedule high-quality content across X-Golf’s social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more), with a strong emphasis on video.
• Create compelling short-form and long-form video content for YouTube to grow channel visibility and engagement.
• Capture content around events, on-site experiences, and mobile simulator activations.
Community Engagement
• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms to build a vibrant, positive online community.
Audience Growth
• Implement strategies that increase followers, boost engagement, and drive overall brand awareness across platforms, including YouTube.
Influencer Partnerships
• Identify, vet, and manage influencer relationships to expand reach and amplify brand impact—both digitally and at experiential events.
Experiential Marketing Support
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of X-Golf’s mobile simulator event activations.
• Capture on-site content, coordinate influencer attendance, and ensure social visibility before, during, and after events.
Email Newsletter Management
• Produce X-Golf’s monthly email newsletter, ensuring alignment with brand goals and digital initiatives.
Franchise Support
• Provide social media guidance, best practices, and strategic support to franchisees to strengthen local presence and brand consistency.
Performance Analysis
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver insights to refine and improve content strategy across all channels, including YouTube metrics.
Trend Monitoring
• Stay on top of emerging social trends—especially video and platform-specific trends—to ensure X-Golf remains fresh, relevant, and innovative.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts with measurable audience-growth results.
• Strong video content creation skills (planning, shooting, editing), including experience with YouTube content.
• Expertise with social platforms, publishing tools, and analytics.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of influencer marketing strategy and evaluation.
• Ability to train and support others on social best practices.
• Experience supporting or capturing content at events is a plus.
• Passion for sports, golf, or entertainment is a plus.
